Is there a minimum term on Care Plans?

Website + Care Plan has a 6-month minimum term, since it includes your build. Want to leave early or own your site outright? You can buy out the remaining balance at any time — your build fee and monthly payments already made are credited toward it, so you never pay for the same work twice.

What happens to my site if I cancel?

Accepted Answer

Once you buy out the build — either by completing your 6-month minimum or paying the buyout amount early — the site is yours. We'll hand over the files at no charge. If you want us to handle the hosting migration for you, that's a one-time flat $300 fee. We'll always show you the exact buyout amount before you commit to canceling.

Do I own my website after it's built?

Yes — on the 'Own It' plans, the site is 100% yours from day one. On Website + Care Plan, your build fee and monthly payments count toward outright ownership if you ever want to buy out (see 'Is there a minimum term on Care Plans?' below). If you already own a site with us — or built one elsewhere — Care Plan Only is just ongoing service, no build fee or buyout involved.

Can I upgrade from a lower care plan to a higher one?

Absolutely. You can upgrade anytime — just let us know and we'll prorate the difference and start the higher-tier services immediately.

Are there contracts or long-term commitments?

Website + Care Plan (Basic, Growth, Pro) has a 6-month minimum term, since it includes your website build. Want to leave early or own your site outright before then? You can buy out the remaining balance at any time — your build fee and monthly payments already made are credited toward it, so you never pay for the same work twice. Care Plan Only — for a site we already built, or a site built elsewhere — has just a 1-month minimum and no buyout math, since there's no build fee involved. One-time 'Own It' builds are a flat project fee with no ongoing commitment.

Can I take my site elsewhere if I leave?

Yes. Once your site is bought out — either by completing your minimum term or paying the buyout amount early — it's yours to take. We'll hand over the full site files at no charge. If you'd like us to handle the hosting migration for you, that's a one-time flat $300 fee. No vendor lock-in, no hostage websites. We know a lot of business owners have been burned by agencies before, and that's not how we operate.

Question 7

How long does it take to build my website?

Most sites launch within 10–14 business days after we receive your content and approve the initial design. More complex projects (e-commerce, booking systems, etc.) may take 3–4 weeks.

What do I need to provide?

Accepted Answer

We'll need your logo (or we can design one), business info (services, contact, hours), and any photos you have. We'll guide you through exactly what we need with a simple onboarding checklist. We can also source stock photos and write copy for an additional fee.

Question 9

Do you offer payment plans?

Accepted Answer

Yes. For one-time builds over $999, we offer a 50% upfront / 50% on launch payment structure. Care Plans (either path) are billed monthly via card on file.
